Seasonal molasses is stocked in the main tank. The main tank can be build by stainless sheet iron body or isolated concrete.
The required molasses send to a daily tank by pump after passed through filter. Molasses is heated in jacketed daily tank to 40 C by hot water or steam before pump to mixer.
Molasses charge can be controlled automatically by remote-control with flap valve which runs according to feed amount in entry throat of molasses mixer.
Three way valve is used to prevent from pump break down, product lose and getting cool of molasses in case of product shoot down during continue run of pump.
Pipe installation must be installed as leakproof and must be isolated perfectly. Discharging valves must be put at various positions.
