Fat Coating

Fat Coating

Oils, enzymes and other micro-liquid additives are used as a coating to increase the consumption of pellet feed. Placement of these coating materials is arranged to effectively control contamination and foul odors.

Fat coating is the process of spraying the pellet feed with oil and liquid after it has been cooled. After the cooling process, the feed passes through a sieve and then goes through an oiling chamber for homogeneous coating. The pellet feed flowing through the chamber is sprayed with oil by the nozzle system. The special mixing screw under the chamber ensures the feed is fully coated during the process.
