The rendering facility of Şenpiliç, one of the leading poultry producers in Turkey, was brought to life with a daily capacity of 70 tons, powered by Yemmak process engineering solutions .

Built on a 2,100 m² area and featuring two dedicated lines for raw material intake and viscera processing, the facility is equipped with high-efficiency machinery. These include the Hammer Mill, which prevents clumping during bone meal production ; the Rendering Cooler, designed to reduce the temperature of cooked by-products from 60–70°C down to 20–25°C ; and the Disc Dryer, which maximizes product shelf life with up to a 65% drying rate . The entire eco-friendly, high-efficiency, end-to-end turnkey rendering solution was delivered by Yemmak.
