Air classifier sieve removes foreign objects by using air velocity and gravity. This process provides a clean material to work with.

 

Linear Vibration Vibro Screens Work the Best!

The material coming from the feeder passes through the magnetic section inside the machine. During this step, foreign objects like metals are trapped. Then, the material is sent onto the sheet, that has a channel structure, by the linear motion of the vibro motors. Stones and other similar foreign objects fall through these channels. The material is then transported to the air classifier inlet through vibration. Heavy particles fall into the material flow due to vibration. A portion of heavy and fine particles fall through the perforated plate and leave the main stream at the air classifier inlet section.

 Classification by Changing Air Speed

The "light part" of the material flow is sucked into the air section, where the air speed is adjustable. So, classification can be made by changing the air speed. As air cannot lift large and heavy particles, they are sent to the garbage bin through vibration. The remaining material is sent to the grinding unit.
