CC Series Chain Conveyors are made of galvanized sheet steel; long service life. It is modular and provides easy installation with bolted connections.
There is a monitoring window and a maintanence hatch on the drive side. In addition, by removing the front plate bolts, easy maintenance is provided. Depending on the power of the drive motor, the safest and most efficient drive system is applied with the options of coupling transmission, chain gear transmission gearmotor or belt-pulley driven reducer motor. It provides a safe operation with overflow sensor and lap sensor as standard. Drum gears are made of heat-treated wear-resistant steel.
There are also designs of boat type chain conveyor cases suitable for the bunker outlet. The desired capacity can be adjusted with the valve used after the boat type frame.
Plastic or metal-supported plastic pallets are used in chain conveyors, depending on the operating conditions and the product. Forged steel chain links are selected according to the capacity and length of the chain conveyor to ensure high strength.
