Cobra conveyors are used for horizontal, vertical or inclined transportation of powder and granular materials. They allow transport of as many products as you want at the desired angle and inclination in a safe and cost-effective way.

Their capacities range from 75 m³/h to 200 m³/h. These durable conveyors are made of galvanized steel sheet. They are modular, providing easy installation with bolted connections. Plastic pallets in the support chain prevent steel abrasion and ensure maximum performance.

Robust structure.
The inclined chain conveyor is not only resistant to extreme conditions but it also provides easy access to hard-to-reach areas. In addition, it ensures efficient use of space. What's more is that the drive, idler and intermediate sections are easy-to-install. Although the chains produced as a standard are durable, they are resistant to overload.

In drive systems, a gearmotor or a v-belt geared motor is used depending on the power of the drive motor to ensure safety and effectiveness. As a standard feature, the overflow sensor provides safe operation. The barrel's gears are made of wear-resistant, heat-processed steel.

The chain is stretched with tension bolts on the idler side. The speed sensor ensures safe operation. Drum gears are made of heat-treated wear-resistant steel.

Cobra Conveyor cases are made of galvanized steel sheet and easy assembly and disassembly is provided with bolted connection flanges. Also cases are manufactured in compartments.

There are also designs of boat type cobra conveyor boxes suitable for the bunker outlet. The desired capacity can be adjusted with the valve used after the boat type frame. Plastic or metal supported plastic pallets are used in the cobra conveyor, depending on the operating conditions and the product. Forged steel chain links are selected according to the capacity and length of the cobra conveyor to provide appropriate strength.
