Especially used to carry the granular and pellet feeds horizontally and angular.Drag conveyors are made from galvanized steel sheets and have a long economic life.


 

The safest and efficient drive system amongst gearmotor or belt drive gearmotor options can be chosen depending on the power of drive motor. Standard overflow sensor ensures work safety. Drum gears are manufactured from corrosion-resisting heat treated steel.

 

Easy to Assemble and Disassemble
The chain is tightened by tensioning screw from the idle side. Rotation sensor ensures work safety. Drag conveyors have an U shaped frame and with the help of bolted flange joints it is easy to assemble and disassemble.

To prevent chain sagging guide bars are placed along the body. 

We also design tub shaped chain driven conveyors for bunker exits.

Forged steel chain links are chosen depending on the conveyor’s capacity and length so the optimal resistance can be achieved.

Conveyor's tail section has a self cleaning round body structure. 

According to working conditions, products can be transferred by a horizontal angle up to 60°.
