GDM series grain dampener is used to moisten the grains entering it. It has a double rotor system. Thanks to this system, homogeneous moistening of the incoming grains is ensured.

Grains can be moistened up to 7%  with low power consumption. The incoming grains are pushed to the outlet with the effect of centrifugation. In this process, the product is moistened with the water coming out of the nozzle.

Nozzle selection is made according to the rate we want to humidify. All surfaces that the machine comes into contact with are made of stainless steel. The motor size and spindle speed are selected according to the amount of grain we want to moisten. With the mounted microwave humidity sensor, the control of the product is provided continuously.
Maintenance of the machine is easily done thanks to its capped system. In case of opening these caps, the automation system is activated and automatically stops the machine and a safe use is ensured.
