Molasses addition unit consists of a tank-armature group and spraying system. Flow control counters control the amount of the molasses and heaters control its temperature.

There are adjustable paddles in molasses, so the position of paddles can be changed to improve homogeneity. There is no waiting period as our molasses are continuously working machines.

With the molasses produced in different sizes with single and double shafts, the optimum solution is offered by choosing the most suitable size model.

Adjustable mix.
Molasses mixers have 2 different bodies as double and single shaft. The angles of the paddles on this body can be adjusted. In this way, the product can be ventilated and the mixing ratio with molasses can be adjusted.

Compact and accessibility.
Thanks to the covers on the body, the paddles are easier to access. Thanks to this, the cleaning of the paddles, angles and body cleaning are provided. Thanks to the safety locks on the covers, the covers are kept closed while the mixer is running.
